How would it be to find the right job in the easiest possible way you could imagine? At each point of the day, in each situation, quick, easy and in your way as natural as possible with gestures.

Things that will get used through the day in many situations should usually fit into ones pocket. Making this very straight forward by the given name pocketjobs and its according iconic pocket logo. We took use of the core branding principles of the jobs app and adapted it accordingly.

Focusing on the job ads itself and on the obvious coloring for main actions to swipe to the left and right with red and green.

ux (user experience)

Removing all the hurdles and having only two fields and a button to just get results is key for the app. Supporting those inputs with suggestions based on preferences, recent searches and location based information to speed up the process came in very handy for every user.

With its core feature to swipe gesture the jobs away you dont like and save those you like for later efforts towards. Making use of the device and learned gestures as good as possible and provide it on the desktop website to apply later.
